Lucy L. Terrell

Lucy L. Terrell age 97 passed away October 30, 2019 at the Wellspring Lutheran Services in Monroe, MI after a short illness. 

Lucy was born in Tazewell, TN and moved to Monroe, MI as a teenager and became a lifelong resident of Monroe.           

She was born April 30, 1922 in Tazewell, TN. Daughter of the late John N. Edmondson and Nancy (Whitaker) Edmondson. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Martha Hanzinger and Minnie Lane.

She is survived by her sister Edith Lambert of Tazewell, TN.

Nephews: Jack Lambert and wife Ann Lambert who were Lucy’s caregivers of Newport, MI.

James Lambert of Tazewell, TN, Lewis Lambert of Monroe, MI, Paul Reece of Saline ,MI, and Carl Hanzinger of Lexington, MI.

Nieces: Vivian Lister, Delores Cupp, Carolyn Greene, Nancy Lambert, and Glenda Shockley all of Tazewell, TN.

And a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday November 3, 2019 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Claiborne ~ Overholt Funeral Home with graveside services to follow in the Cave Springs Cemetery with the Rev. James Lambert officiating.
