Obituary of Gary Minton

Mr. Gary Minton age 56 of New Tazewell was born November 7, 1962 and passed away August 31, 2019 at his home with his loving family by his side.   He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his:

Parents: Tanner J and Rachel Ellen (Short) Minton

Twin Brother: Larry Wayne Minton

Brother-in-law: Ralph Simpson

Niece: Megan Whitaker

He is survived by his:

            Marvin Minton and wife Alice

            Ann Lambert and husband Jack

            Jennie Simpson

            T.J. Minton

            Robert Minton and wife Jacquelyn

            Charlie Minton and wife Carolyn

And a host of several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 5 PM till 7 PM with funeral services to follow at 7 in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Walker officiating. Music will be provided by Richard and Brenda Collins

Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 10 AM in the Fairview Cemetery.
