Obituary of Terry Lee Goins

Mr. Terry Lee Goins age 52 of Tazewell was born August 23, 1967 and passed away August 29, 2019 at the University Tennessee Medical Center. Terry was employed by Portland Utility Construction.  He was a member of Straight Creek Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his:  Nephew Roger Allen Goins and

Niece:  Kayla Pace

He is survived by his:

Parents:  Hobert and Nora Goins

Wife:  Melissa Johns Goins

Daughters:  Samantha and husband Anthony Ray

                   Christian and husband Luke Morgan

Grandchildren:  Raelynn Simmons, Captain Morgan, Luna Morgan,

                         Adaline Ray and Kratos Morgan

Brothers:  James Goins and wife Donna

                 Roger Goins and wife Teresa

Sisters:  Sandy and husband Steve Tharp

              Sherry Rutherford

And a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

There will be a memorial service Sunday September 1, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Young’s Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. John Hall and the Rev. Travis Singleton officiating.

Music will be provided by the Thomas family.
