Obituary of Brenda Kay Terres
Brenda Kay Terres age 58 of Tazewell, TN was born June 5, 1960 and passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at the ARH Hospital in Middlesboro. She had many health problems including congestive heart failure and gastrointestinal disease.
Brenda was a member of the Riverview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons: Brian Jeffery Terres and Kevin Andrew Terres.
Sister-in-law: Cynthia Terres and roommate Ida Smith.
Brother-in-law: Mike Terres and wife Susan
Very special friends Kathy Edens and Kathy Louthan
And a very special host of Aunts and Uncles and other relative and friends.
She was precede in death by her parents: Bobbie Ruth and James Hatfield.
Husband: Jeffery JJ Terres in September of 2010.
Brenda grew up wanting to be a nurse to help put a smile on other people’s faces. She knew she wanted to become a nurse. She went to nursing school and her first job was at St Mary’s in Knoxville. She then moved to North Carolina after her marriage. She worked at Novant Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte as labor and delivery department. She also wanted to help the elderly, so she started working in nursing homes (Cardinal Healthcare, Brian Center and Total Living Center). Her health caused her to have to quite work.
