Obituary of Johnny Glen Bailey

Mr. Johnny Bailey age 72 of Tazewell was born September 26, 1946 and passed away April 1, 2019 at his home. He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. He retired from Chrysler Motor Co. in Michigan.

 

He was preceded in death by his:

Parents: John H. Bailey and Lorene Bailey

Brother: Doyle Bailey

 

He is survived by his:

Wife: Diane Bailey

Daughter: Dawn Walzak of FL

Sons: John Jr. Bailey, Kevin Bailey and Keith Bailey of MI

5 grandchildren: Ben Walzak, Autumn Bailey, Katelyn Bailey, Kyle Bailey and Grace Bailey

Stepchildren: Wayne Winters

                    Diana Haughey and husband

3 Step Grandchildren: Nicole, Meghan and Bridget Haughey

 

He’ll always be in our hearts.

 

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society

 

The Family will receive friends Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 3 PM till 6 PM with funeral services to follow at 6 PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Hall and Rev. John Lewis officiating. Music will be provided by the Pleasant View Baptist Church Choir. Burial will follow in the Bailey Cemetery.
