Obituary of Barbara Kay Large

Mrs. Barbara Kay Large age 62 of New Tazewell was born December 8, 1956 and passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She retired as a hairdresser from Beauty Unlimited.

She is preceded in death by her:

Parents: John and Ruby Bush

Sisters: Sue Richardson and Mary Carmon

Step-Son: Gregory Large

She is survived by her:

Husband: Joe E. Large

Children: Ashley Long

              Adam Long

Step-Children: William D. Large of White Pine, TN

                      Teresa Ann Rhines of White Pine, TN

                      Michael Large of White Pine, TN

Special Grandchildren: Dylan and Kayla Singleton

                                  William and Ryan Long of Canada

                                  Kasey Trent

                                  Cody Rhines

Brothers: Bobby and wife Rebecca Bush of Sneedville, TN

                Lynn and wife Priscilla Bush of New Tazewell

And a host of many other loving friends and relatives

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the New Hope Baptist Church building fund in Barbara’s name.

The Family will receive friends Friday, March 1, 2019 from 5 PM till 7 PM with funeral services to follow at 7 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Minton and Rev. Reggie Large officiating. Music will be provided by the Large Family, Alyssa Large, Charlie Loope and Austin Turner.

Graveside services will be Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 2 PM in the Irish Memorial Gardens.
