Obituary of Charles Randall Massengill
Sgt. Charles Randall Massengill age 49 of New Tazewell was born August 24, 1972, and passed away January 20, 2022 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center with his loving family and fellow Troopers by his side. He was a member of the River View Baptist Church and attended North Side Baptist Church. Randall was a 20-year Veteran of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, he was a Sergeant over the Critical Incident Response Team.
He is survived by his:
Wife: Shannon Massengill
Children: Levi Massengill, Luke Massengill, Brooke Mullins,
Amber Mullins and Derek Mullins
Parents: Charles and Phyllis Massengill
Father and Mother-in-Law: Tommy and Gilda Smith
Several cousins and other relatives and friends
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 25, 2022, from 6PM until 8PM at the Midway Baptist Church in New Tazewell.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 11AM in the Midway Baptist Church with the Rev. James Shoffner officiating.
Graveside Service will follow at the England Cemetery in Tazewell.
