Obituary of Clarence Manual Goins
Mr. Clarence Manual Goins, fondly known as CL, departed this life at his home on Sunday October 3, 2021, at the age of 91. He was a member of Wallen Ridge Baptist Church.
He was a WWII Army Veteran, farmer and retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation after 25 years of service. Whether you knew him as CL, Dad, Daddy, Papaw or “Buck” he would always greet you with a big smile and a hearty “come on in.” CL was proud of sharing his ancestry with anyone who would listen, but his greatest joy was his family especially his grandchildren. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by those he left behind.
CL was born on December 1, 1929, in Tazewell, TN to Robert Goins and Bessie Hill Goins.
