Obituary of Ralph Douglas Seals

Ralph Douglas Seals age 72 made his journey to be with the Lord on September 30th, 2021. He passed peacefully surrounded by his family in his treasured mountain cabin located in Thorn Hill, TN. Ralph was saved at a young age at Seals Branch Baptist Church. He was proceeded in death by Father Tom and Vader Seals Brothers Junior Seals, Jack Seals, and Larry Seals. Sisters Bennie Mae and Judy Kay. Ralph Is survived by children Sherri Daniel and Chris Parsons, Douglas and Jennifer Seals, Rhonda and Pat Bunch, Kim Seals and Erric Clevenger, and Timothy Seals. Grandchildren Risa Dunne, and Eli Dickson, Nikki Bunch, Walker and Angie Bunch, Summer and Ben Higginbotham, Andrew and Destiny Seals, Austin Seals, and Hannah Atkins, Hope Bunch, Brodey Seals, Elie Piper Clevenger. Great Grandchildren Dallas, Jaxson, Mason, Bentley, Bryston, Danyka, Raiden, Ceanna. Ralph enjoyed his life at the flea market with his best friend Bob Money. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Smokey Mountain Hospice for the special care given to Ralph in his final days. Ralph had an extensive beloved family of sibling nieces and nephews. Arrangements for Ralph’s celebration of life will be Monday, October the 4th at Claiborne Overholt Funeral Home between 6 pm and 8 pm. Graveside service will be at Seals-Brooks Cemetery in the Howards Quater Community at 2PM on Tuesday October 5, 2021.
