Obituary of Phyllis Ann Coffey

Mrs. Phyllis Ann Coffey age 73 of New Tazewell was born December 29, 1947 and passed away September 19, 2021. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She was preceded in death by her:

Parents: William Harvey and Myrtle miracle Moyers

Husbands: Carl Shipley & Lawrence Coffey

Sister: Betty Lou Chittum

She is survived by her:

Sons: David Shipley, Robert Shipley, Joseph Shipley, and Mitchell Shipley

Grandchildren: Jacob Shipley, Skyler Shipley, and Savannah Shipley

And many other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 27, 2021 from 5PM till 7PM with memorial services to follow at 7PM in the Claiborne Overholt Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be conducted by Bishop Joe Prichard.
