Obituary of Rick Barnard

Mr. Richard “Rick” H. Barnard age 64 of Tazewell Tennessee. He was born May 22, 1957 and passed away August 29, 2021. He was saved and became a member of the Howards Quarter Baptist Church. He was the owner and operator of the Barnard Lime Spread Company for many years. He was known for being a loving jokester and had a nickname for almost every friend. The family would like to give a special thanks to Kyle Mayes for his dedication and caregiving for Rick.

Friends and Family may come by the funeral home to pay respects and sign the registry book Thursday, September 2, 2021 From 10am until 4pm. Graveside Service to follow 6pm in the Pearson/Turner Cemetery with Rev. Parker Epperson and Rev. Brian O'Dell officiating.
