Mr. Ward Aurthur Sawyer Jr. age 92 of New Tazewell, TN was born January 28, 1929 and passed away at his home with his family by his side on Monday July 12, 2021. He was a Jehovah’s Witness a member of New Tazewell.
He was preceded in death by his:
Parents: Ward Arthur Sawyer Sr. and Gardenia (Owens) Sawyer
Wife’s: Juanita Sawyer and Doris Sawyer
Granddaughter: Jennifer Sawyer
Brother-in-law: Mike Polak
Stepson: Hugh Anderson
He is survived by his: Daughter Aleta (Bill) Kelly
Sons: Alan (Lisa) Sawyer and Brian Sawyer
Grandchildren: Bridgette (Scott) Pettie, Cody Sawyer and Daisy Sawyer
Step-Children: Johnnie (Jimmy) McEllhenney, Don ( Kathy) Anderson, Mike Anderson, Janet (Haun) Marlinghaus, Joan (Dane) Crawford and Marjorie (Ryan) Dylla
Brothers: Jack (Carolyn) Sawyer, Ronald (Carol) Sawyer, and Richard (Sharisa) Sawyer
Sister: Sally Polak
And a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
