Ms. Tonya Lynn (Brooks) Estep, age 54 of New Tazewell, was born January 29, 1966 and passed away at Fort Sanders Medical Center April 18, 2020. She was employed at Judy’s Flowers and Gifts and was previously the Ingles Bakery Manager for over 20 years.
